I had to motivate myself to get out and do it but I’m so glad I did.
First 5 mins was a struggle (that’s because I think my mind was telling my body I CBA!) But then got into it and was fine. Last 2 mins or so was a issue yet by then I knew I was at the finish.
6 weeks ago 25 seconds was a challenge in itself but now 25 minutes today was a challenge ( more mental) but done!
Mega proud of myself!

Well done! Just did the same. I very much agree with you about the first 5 minutes and the last 2 or 3 but we got there.
It was a tough week but then so was week 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (I tell myself). Absolutely amazed I can run/jog/shamble through the woods for 25 minutes. Beginning to believe I can do this! Good luck!
