Doing Week 6, Run 1 later. Any advice?

Still buzzing for doing W5,R3 on Thursday and doing that 20 minute run. Today I’m going out to do W6,R1. I’ve read that this can be tricky with the increments coming back in.

Any advice to help me push through? Typically the weather forecasts rain when I’ll be doing it!

It is just another run.......

Bring confidence from W5R3, but not overconfidence.........just stay slow and steady.

Trust the plan, it works. Enjoy the recovery walks cos there aren't any more after w6r2😊😊

Just lollop along and have fun :) The programme and the road aren't going away, you have the rest of your life to run. Some runs will be awesome, some not. It's all a day by day experience and your toughest competitor will be yourself sometimes. :) Keep the fun in the run on at least some level and you won't go wrong - run your run and don't let the run run you. :)
