Legs protesting that they don't want to hold me up today... I've ignored them, what do they know! I'm having a first - packing running kit to take away with me (clearly I have been abducted and replaced by an alien) as working away rest of this week... Even googled local area for run route potential...

Might I rather unhelpfully say "he he he"?

Next thing you will be found saying things like, no thanks I won't have another glass of wine or I will spoil my run in the morning.....its a steep slope your sliding down but its nice down here :-P

Good on you! I'd only just started when I worked away for a week so I took my running gear too but the runs in the gym!!

Not sure I'll ever to get the stage where I turn down a glass of wine!

What?! I've got to give up that extra glass of wine?? Or that last pint of ale?? Where was that in the small print?!! Lol

( come to think of it... I had a few on Fri knowing that run wasn't due til Sun... Oh gosh Greg and Ali - It's started already hasn't it... Any way to save myself?... Is it too late?... :) )

Don't do it! You can have alcohol and run! Bxster be assured I will not be giving up my glass of wine for anything!!! I used my Saturday run to go back and fetch my car from where I'd left it Friday night after a few wines! Thought it was a practical approach that saved me time!

Greg - wasn't that hard core! I'd only had a few (well perhaps 3) but did mean I couldn't drive home. Felt fine in the morning when set off! Hard core would be doing it with a hangover!!!
