It felt cool this morning so I decided to do a 3 km route I last did on week 5!! It was rather strange not walking at certain points. There was a small section that was on a walk break last time and I hadn't realised how rough the path was so I had to be very careful and look at every foot step. I had to do a few steps walking just to make sure I didn't sprain an ankle. It was still faster than I have been for a while down from I've 8 min / Km to 7.5min /Km! It just shows what evening heat does to you!
It was a great boost after the not to plan Tuesday evening run.
I really need bigger trainers though. My big toe it getting bruised under the nail!
