W7 done - on the home straight

2 weeks to go. I’ll do my W8R1 tomorrow morning and then I head off to Jamaica for two weeks. I’m taking my running gear but being realistic (and recognising it’s all inclusive 🥤 🍷) i’m not sure how much i’ll do when i’m there ... I suspect i’ll complete W8 on hols and graduate when I get back. Either way i should be a treadmill graduate this month and then i’ll use December to consolidate outdoors. Got some outdoor running gear this week ... those running tights don’t leave much to the imagination 😂😂

Enjoy the holiday... get week 8 done if you want to, but not at the expense of enjoying your well earned break. It’s all cool, runs happen when they do.
