I started my programme on 23 April 2017 and have had numerous setbacks and struggles, largely self-esteem and confidence related, but have finally done it!!
Iβm officially a graduate! π
Itβs taken a LOT of time and effort for me - I rarely finish anything I set out to do because I always convince myself Iβm not good enough anyway, but Iβve repeated weeks and fought for it. Iβm so proud of myself.
Thank you so much everyone! I only joined the forum 8 weeks ago at the beginning of βWeek 5β when I changed to ONE YOU and have since come on leaps and bounds, and with the support and advice offered have managed to pretty much steamed through to the end of the programme.
SLOW AND STEADY!!
I am so grateful and utterly thrilled. Now to decide how to progress! Running is NOT a habit I want to fall out of.

I had a glance over this post a few weeks ago in eager anticipation. Now time for a good read then Iβll mill over my plan while I consolidate with more 30 minute runs for a few weeks.
Congratulations! Well done on sticking with it. I have a friend who has been working on it for over a year off and on so you are definitely not the only one. Good luck with the next phase of your running career!ππππ»
Brilliant! Very well done. Congratulations to you π πππππ
Anything worth achieving is worth fighting for and fighting those internal demons can be the hardest. Hold your head high and enjoy your running future ππ
