Well my 25 minutes of running 🏃♀️ equates to 3.798k .
So I’m hoping when I finally do my 30 minutes I’ll be a lot closer to the 5K !!
It was fairly hard going today, plus the fact that my running leggings kept loosening, there’s a tie on the inside of waistband that kept undoing 🤬I’ll remember not to wear them again 🤣
I signed up for Race For Life doing a 5K on the 26/9/20
This is giving me so much motivation now to carry on running after C25K.
Hope everyone else is doing okay
Happy Sunday 😀

Fantastic! You’re exactly where you need to be. You’re faster than I was in week 7. Actually, you’re already faster than I was in week 9 😂.
It’s the time spent running that is the most important, not the distance covered. If you can do both, that’s great! (I couldn’t. ) You’re doing just fine! You’ve definitely got this 👏👏👏👍
5k Race For Life. What a great idea!I’m going to investigate doing the same myself as a motivation to keep going after graduation and to keep striving for the 5k which I don’t think I will achieve at the end of week 9. Thanks for the inspiration.
