So I have just completed week 9 run 1 and I am absolutely buzzing to just be a couple of runs from the end. Although I guess it’s not the end really because I have definitely caught the running bug... and I am not going to hit 5k in 30 mins just yet so something else to aim for! 🤪
I started the couch 2 5k on at least two occasions before and didn’t even make it to half way after losing interest and motivation. Even though I rarely post, I really have to thank all of you that do. On the days when maybe I don’t feel like putting the running shoes on... I just read the posts from you fantastic lot and it gives me that little push I need to get outside... “all these people going for run... why am I still sat here making excuses?” So thank you all for keeping me motivated to make it this far 🙌🏼

Nooo not the end- but the beginning! If you struggle with motivation sometimes, I would definitely set some goals and work on your discipline for post graduation. It really is about developing the running habit through discipline imho
I am determined to stick with it... definitely want to do a gradual progression to 10k. I know now that I just need to drag myself out even when I lack motivation... I always feel better for it after and I’ve never regretted a run... yet!
