Feeling awful. The kids have given me a bug and I am feeling dizzy and sick. Not a good combination. Missed the start of week 4 last night and kicking myself. I know that had I tried and failed to do the run yesterday that would have probably been the end of it. Just want to feel better so I can get back out there. X

Don't worry about it, give yourself a break, you've done amazingly well. Rest, well, rest as much as you can with the kids around!😁 get better and then carry on.?😉
I had a break at the same point - I just repeated week 3 for one run and felt I could move on but was prepared to take it slower. Look after yourself and when you feel better - off you go 👍🏻
You haven’t missed a run... take a look on the app... it’s still there waiting for you... it wants all of you though, so it will wait until you are fully recovered.
Heal well.. the runs wait...you will be back on track and feeling stronger very soon
I had to take a week out recently due to a foot injury, and when I came back I found I was actually stronger and able to take a major step forward. You may well find the same, so relax and just focus on getting better.
