Haven't ran for 2 weeks. Had a cold that got onto my chest. I tried to get out last week, but had to stop after about 3 minutes. My chest was tight and painful. So, now I'm feeling better, and I got some lovely new running shoes from Santa, so tomorrow seems like a good day to go again. Might hop back a few weeks and try 2 x ten mins. Wish me luck
