Well not quite ... finally completed W3 after being away on a work trip for 3 days and catching up with everything when I got back. Thought I might have to start over with this week however all is good ... I still remember how to run :)

Week 4 I’m coming for you ...

Thank you! It’s starting to get serious now ... however it’s a great time of year to start. Night getting lighter, mornings too. It can only get better 🥰

Yeah, I was about 8 months into thinking about it at this time of year, and decided to start in the July... that was dumb and a half 🤣. Spring is coming and it’s a great time to be out there, your fitness levels will be rising quicker than the shoots.
