Welcome Unfitmum47 to the greatest running club for new runners in the world. I wish you all the very best for your running journey here on C25K. By the end of the 9* weeks you will have graduated and certainly will be able to say to all your friends that I can 🏃run for 30 minutes non stop, you can then delete the first two letters from your present username

*you can make it longer than 9 weeks if you want to, as long as you don't rush anything.

It would almost be great if on graduation anyone with unfit in their name also got the “un” removed... almost... all but me 😂

In your case UNM the "no more" is what counts not the unfit, yes I have noticed that there have been several posts with unfit as a username. 😊

We all start on that couch, and we all finish fit and healthy... I do love seeing the unfit names go on to 10k and beyond though... and it’s a good reminder of where we start, and don’t want to return to.
