I just did week 1 run 2 today and was amazed how much easier it was than run 1 already... gives me hope for the program and my progression! Keep going!

Aww Tropicana, big hugs. I found it difficult when I first started the programme. My legs felt really tight and my lungs didn’t know what was going on.
Stick with the programme as it progresses you find that you can do it.

12 weeks ago I couldn’t finish w1R1. I was mortified ☹️ someone even stopped me to see if I was ok🤗 ha. Embarrassing eh!!!!!
but thanks to the kind words and motivation on here I continued the program. Please listen to advice and good wishes it really will work for you.
I actually ran for 40 minutes the other day. I don’t think I swore either 😀 now that’s progress. Good luck.
