So a few days ago I posted how I was nervous to go onto week 4 and whether I should do week 3 again.
Today I did my first run of week 4 - felt really great doing the first 3 minutes and alright doing the first 5. I then went to run the 2nd 3 minutes and just couldn’t do it. I walked the rest of the time.
Should I try week 4 run 2 again? Does today even count if I didn’t do it properly?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, people have different opinions but I struggled with wk4 . For me I repeated wk3 now I'm back to wk4 and manage it a lot better I've just completed wk4 r2 see what works for you😅😅😅😅
I'm with UNM on this one, just repeat today's run next time - it was a practice run. it just doesn't sound like it was your day to run, next time it will be better keep going, you're doing such an amazing job keep at it
I’ve repeated quite a few runs, especially weeks 4 and 5, so don’t think it’s just you and you’re not coping. It’s a practice run you did, that’s all. Try again next time. But keep going- you know it’s going to be worth it.
I’m still repeating runs and will until I manage them.
Hi 😊 I'm at the same sort of stage. What I did was have a bit longer rest time after the first 3 + 5 mins before starting the second lot. I've now done my 5th run at the week four level instead of just the 3 and can do it with only the 2.5 mins break in between the 2 lots so will be moving on to week 5 next time. Sorry this is a bit of an essay but hope it makes sense and helps!
