Week 4 - hasn't gone to plan!

Hello! So this is Week 4 and for the first time I had to miss some days. My Monday Wednesday Friday routine collapsed .... due to life getting in the way. Did Run 1 on Tuesday and Run 2 today on Saturday. So I'm thinking I'll just continue Week 4 on Monday and do 3 more runs next week. It's a tough task the 3-5-3-5 format so I don't mind doing it a few times too many.

Not quite so hot here in Oz now which makes for easier running conditions. The opposite issue to what UK runners are experiencing I gather!

Happy running folks!

Yes, you are running in very different conditions to us! Personally, I would choose wind and rain over heat (up to a point anyway) as I just seem to run better in the autumn and winter.

Life does sometimes scupper our running plans and I think not being afraid of repeating the odd run or week is definitely the sensible way to go. Good luck.🙂

You are finding your own way and running there is so different to what we are having right now here in the UK! I would not mind a spot of sunshine:)

Huge well done you... enjoy!

Well done for finding a way to still carry on the plan despite life chucking things at you. I don't think our body's care what day of the week it is so whatever works for you will be fine.

As another Brit, I take my hat off to you running in the heat. I'd like it a little warmer but we're used to the wind and rain (though I didn't want quite this much!) but I'm not so good in the heat. Keep it up 👟👏

Our weather is gross, missing a day or getting out of routine happens to us all, it’s good you can keep going as the benefits are amazing
