I should have completed W3R3 today but my head was throbbing ☹️. Feeling much better now so I’m aiming for a 6.30 run in the morning. The other problem I have is an Achilles one. Any tips? The first few steps I take in a morning are painful or when I’ve rested for a while and start walking again.

Rest, rest and rest it some more. Make sure you stretch well after your next run and have a look at exercises for it. A physio would certainly be worth visiting.

... agree with above: REST!

And have a look at 'eccentric heel drops' on YouTube and stretches for Achilles and calves. Sore Achilles is often caused by having a tight calf ...
