So weeks ago I did parkrun instead of / in replacement to W4R3

Today, myself, Mrs Katnap , and our kittens all did parkrun together! 😸👟👟👟👟😸

Kitten#1 & I were over-achieving W8R3 by doing 5k in just over 40 minutes.

PBs for us both! 👏👏👏🏆

Back to running with our lovely group next week and looking forward to next Saturday and our graduation run at the local parkrun with a celebratory group breakfast post run! 😸🍴😸
