I am still tired after my rest days so I knew I'd find this one hard. π¬ grrrr... Gremlins!
We slowed down *bliss* and made it all the way. With no complaints from his knees πΈ but I could feel the strength leaving my quads.
At the end of it I swear he could have carried on for longer. Don't tell anyone else but I think he's been enjoying it; proving to himself that he can do it. πΈπππππΈ

You did have a few good reasons for having sore quads though. 20km cycle ride on Friday after your last week 3 run. And we had a very busy weekend of which son didnβt do quite as much as you did. I think youβre allowed to be tired π€
Well done both of you! πππ Itβs great running with our kids isnβt it? Iβve run with both of my daughters in the past. Neither are runners, both left me for dust! Oh well. ππ
Great achievement Katnap and son! ππππ
Well Done Katnap, you are keeping each other going when it gets tough. Donβt forget, you can have an extra rest day when life gets busy. The great thing is, you ran longer than you walked.
