I'm so pleased. I completed W9R3 this morning before breakfast, and even incorporated a slight incline in my route - unheard of before! I've achieved my aim, at the beginning of September, of completing C25K before setting off on holiday tomorrow. I was laid low by a bug for five days in the middle, but apart from that have run nearly every other day, with a few two-day intervals. 3.5K is somewhat short of 5K, but better than the 3K I was initially achieving. (And I forgive myself due to my great age!) I'm hoping to sign up for a park run when I get home from holiday. I hope a two week break won't set me back too much, but I don't think I'll be running at high altitude, freezing temperatures or in unknown city centres while I'm in Chile! Good luck to all those others out there who are nearing the end of C25K. Though of course it's not the end, it's the beginning.......

I am aiming for a similar result in a few weeks time, running alternate days with longer breaks if my legs start to complain.
