W1R2 boom! :)

Completed my second run and it felt great.. took it nice and slow to make sure I don’t irritate my Achilles but still ran a bit further than R1 and managed the full 8 minutes. Annoyed myself at half way as the app paused itself in my pocket for a short while so I had a longer recovery walk than planned but hopefully that won’t matter. Keeping a run diary too - everyone on here is so supportive thank you!

Careful with your Achilles, I ignored mine and it took a long time to fully recover.

I will - it is sometimes a niggle and I have no idea how it will respond to running so taking it nice an easy and following the plan to the letter! Not felt it as yet - lets hope that continues :)

I had several issues with my app crashing Hoopoe, I think the last update I downloaded sorted it in the end. Anyway don't worry about the longer walk, you aced the runs better this time than last and without aggrevating your achillies. Stretch well, rest well, pace well and you'll be all over this! 🍀
