Just completed my second run again I feel amazing. I took everybody's advice and tried not to focus on my breathing, slowed down and concentrated on the music and... it worked!! I completed this run with ease so I am feeling really positive :-). I also downloaded some of my favourite songs and found it really good for my wellbeing to focus on that. Feeling set for my 12 hour shift later. YAY!

Yay this is exactly how I felt, my third is on Friday and I cannot wait! Stupid rest days!! I'm sure I wont be saying that in a few weeks!!

I found Monday, my first one crippling lol, but today was a little better, not easy though. I’ll keep going though, I want to do this big time, at 48 I want to get fitter and slimmer, better late than never lol
I really want to do it too. I am doing slimming world and have got a bit stuck and my job I am quite stagnant so feel that introducing running will help. I also quite enjoy it and want to be better. We can do this!!
