I've totally surprised myself completing run 1 of week 4...

Far from easy, but totally enjoyed it! Had to really push myself.. sooo wanted to stop but I didn't!

Big jump from 3 minutes to 5 minutes... so determined to do all 3 runs without having to redo any!!

Very proud of myself!

Congratulations on completing run 1 of week 4, you are now almost halfway through the program, getting into the longer runs, you deserve to be very proud of yourself, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4😊🏃🏾

Well done Lizzie, you're doing brilliantly.

A 'top tip' for you - I know it's hard with the app, but try not to focus on the length of the individual runnings bits, e.g. the apparent jump from 3 to 5 minutes, but instead look at the TOTAL amount of time you're running for. It should give you great confidence.

Stay positive - loving your energy!

Well done Lizzie! I did W4R1 today as well and when I saw the run lengths it felt like a brick wall. I pushed through and felt really great afterwards. Big achievement! Keep going!

Well done you! It is an achievement isn't it and feels so good when you complete it...

I always check out Run 1 of the following week on Run 3 day of the present week... kinda motivates me... I know what I've to aim for.

So, come Saturday, I'll have a look at week 5 and see what's in store!

Keep up the great work!
