Last but one done

Just finished my last but one run earlier this evening, 30 mins of running, not sure how far I've ran in kilometres and frankly not bothered, never have and never will, I now can run for 30 mins and that's satisfaction enough for me, I have not lost weight but my body shape is totally different! I'm doing something right cause I feel fit and younger and my blood pressure is top notch! Can't wait till Friday so I can finally say I completed something that was tough throughout.
