Well I started my healthy lifestyle on 4th April and a week later the c25k. I didn't think i would be able to run not at 16stones and 10lbs. Now some 8 weeks later I can run for 30 minutes without stopping, and now weight 14stones and 5lbs. Still have a way to go but feel really good.
