I. Hate. Running. In. The. Gym👎🏽. Not shouting, just saying. Loved running in cold & sunshine a couple of days ago but seeing frosty grass wimped me out this morning and I headed for the treadmill. Did my w7r2(💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽) but struggled almost the whole time. Will go back to running outside on Friday, frosty grass or no🤨
