Due to the hideous weather and work commitments I had to fit in W5 R1 on a treadmill.

Not a fan of these things but hey ho set a slight incline and off I go. I found this far easier than expected I knew in could run 5 minutes but didn't think i could do it 3 times but I was fine in the middle of run 2 i just started laughing for some bizarre reason i was absolutly buzzing.

I found the walking in between went on too long and sort of upset the pace.

Anyway off to my local decathlon to source some warmer clothing as shorts aren't cutting it anymore.

Well done! I did this run yesterday too .. also on the treadmill for a change! Looking forward to R2 😬
