W7R1 - Bit nippy!

W7R1 done, managed to strongarm my significant other out into the tropical 3 degree weather 😂. I think a trip to Decathlon for some colder weather gear is definitely in order - it is quite fun runnimg past people wearing bobble hats in shorts and a tshirt though, you don't half get some odd looks.

Ah, sorry, i missed this. I'm still going in shorts - i think i'm coming round to preferring a cold run these days!

Haha, dont worry. I found some leggings which were for colder weather and a nice hooded tshirt which is slightly warmer too.

I was worried about over heating but it’s close to 0 so I’m fine 🙂
