Fabulous run this morning - just me, some lovely weather, woodland trails and 25 minutes of ocean waves, which, considering I live in a very landlocked suburb of Birmingham was pretty good! The ocean waves were courtesy of a relaxation cd track that just happens to be a tad over 25 mins (I cued it to bang on 25) and I decided to go for the up and down trails on the basis that if the uppy bits were too much right at the beginning I could turn around and head for the flatter, but less interesting, bits. I slowed right down, stuck it out, finished on an incline and felt fab. Have a good week, peeps.

  • That's a great idea. Good to hear you've had such a positive start to W7.

  • You have really given me ideas. When I read posts about people running by the sea I do get a bit jealous. It is my dream. I think I will get some waves to run to, it sounds like a lovely idea. I will probably end up closing my eyes and going a### over t##, but loving the idea!☺🎧🏄🏊

  • It was lovely. I had to keep my eyes open because I was running on unfamiliar ground but otherwise....!!

  • Sounds fab! And Go You for the incline!
