Lost post!!!

Just spent bloomin ages on a post, pressed something and .... proof, it disappeared 😣

Anyway, the gist was that I ran for 30 minutes this morning after a few weeks on the IC. I graduated a couple of months ago but haven't managed a decent run since. I started again with W1 R1, then W2 R1, then W3 R1. Everything felt fine so just gently ran my old favourite circuit. Only 3.3 km in 30 minutes but it felt so great to run comfortably again.🏃🏃🏃

It is so annoying. That happened to me a few times before so I now compose in notes on my phone and then copy and paste into the forum.
