Just completed Wk 9 run 2 and I ache all over the place 😫
I did the first run this week as part of a park run - I ran for 30 minutes (4km) and then walked and ran slowly the rest and had a couple of niggles. I felt fine when I started off today but after about 20 minutes I could feel both Achilles’ tendons - not sore but there ...
and now my left knee, right hip and both tendons ache.
Really want to get the last run done on Wednesday - but think I should probably rest a bit longer?
If I don’t do it on Wednesday I’d have to wait until Saturday and do it as part of the park run again.
I feel disappointed to be hurting having got this far.

No, don't be disappointed with yourself DakOta, I think it would be a good idea to run your graduation run on Saturday, that gives yourself a good rest from running, graduating at a parkrun is a very good idea, many people here on C25K have graduated at a parkrun.
I would grit my teeth and wait, I think...it would be so tempting to do it anyway though, but better wait and not get injured than be out for days or weeks no?
Thank you. It is so tempting to just go for it but I know I should wait and rest the achy bits - I’d done no exercise for at least 30 years before this!
Id be tempted to wait and graduate in style at the park run. You could do Wednesday and be fine, using Saturday as your first consolidation run, but why risk it? Better to have a couple of extra days rest and come at it fresh.
I ran today but because I'm down in London from first thing Wednesday until late on Friday, I suspect a parkrun on Saturday will be my next outing too.
