I'm developing a bit of a recurring problem with in my right achilles and calf area. Any advice welcome, is it a weak area I need to strengthen. What are the best exercises, how long should I leave it to heal? (already rested five weeks and after four runs it went again).

I’ve developed the same problem at end of week 2 . Rested for 2 days and did day 1 week 3 this morning. It’s still there but not a real sharp pain so thinking I should just carry on but not sure if that’s right or not. Reckon I did it week before I started this by running a stretch in my walking shoes.
