Well done, it won't be long before you get the running bug! I'm only five years younger than you but am into Week 8 and loving every minute - some of the runs were challenging but I've never found any of them too difficult me, that's the beauty of this programme, it pushes you at certain points but never beyond what you are capable of. Try in it, and it will take good care of you!
