After doing 5k the first 2.5 k run should of been easy, however at this time of day with 27 out there it was hard going.
It started of with a down hill bit as the half way bit came I was still going down so, as you, might guess the second half was going to be, well, not nice! I did manage it just!
If you beat couch to 5k and are on a training plan for 10k there’s no doubt. Just believe in it like you did C25K and you’ve beaten half of the battle. Keep working and it will come... and those uphills build stamina faster... endurance you have and will improve, speed comes, if you want it to, a little later.
