Just done first trip into Bridge to10K.

After doing 5k the first 2.5 k run should of been easy, however at this time of day with 27 out there it was hard going.

It started of with a down hill bit as the half way bit came I was still going down so, as you, might guess the second half was going to be, well, not nice! I did manage it just!

So it's a day of rest before the 4k.

😁👍

Nice work... maybe run that one the other way some time?

Enjoy the journey to 10k

It's because I'm in a lorry park over night and just run were I can. I'll probably not be here again for a year or so. ☺️👍

If you beat couch to 5k and are on a training plan for 10k there’s no doubt. Just believe in it like you did C25K and you’ve beaten half of the battle. Keep working and it will come... and those uphills build stamina faster... endurance you have and will improve, speed comes, if you want it to, a little later.

Thanks. It would of been easier with a little less heat. Saying that though it wasn't as bad as yesterday. I'm glad it was a day off☺️👍
