After 9 weeks following the app and with the support of Sarah Milligan I completed the challenge this afternoon. As a none runner and not even thinking I would get to week 4 never mind wk9 I’m absolutely buzzing. Lots of aches and pains along the way but hoping to have a go at a park run soon. A few weeks repeating week 9 first to improve my fitness I think.

The more imminent challenge will be to get up the stairs, my knees have given up....lol

Congratulations! Have a great celebratory evening... running week 9 a few times is the best next stage, it will become a comfortable run in time. Find something nice to lubricate the knees 🍷😂

Enjoy your next runs.
