Hi everyone,
After nearly 3 years of running (started off doing C25K), I have finally persuaded my husband to buy a pair of cheap running shoes and begin his C25K journey!
However, he wants to run with me, so how do we organise it? Do I do the programme myself with him again, or do I run the minute running sections at the start with him, and when he is asked to walk, I continue running, but come back each time, to the point where he starts running again! (does that make sense????)!
Anyone else been in this situation?
