W6R3 -I’m a runner!

I still can’t believe it!

I ran for 25mins straight and actually could’ve continued for another minute or so if needed.

I took few days off last week due an injury and 3 days off this week due to having a cold. I was feeling little depressed as I felt I was gonna give up but after 3 days in bed I’m feeling so much better and only have little bit of sore throat which is getting better.

Tonight I was feeling more myself and decided to do W6R3 thinking I’d be lucky to make it to 15mins due to the disruptions. But I did it, i actually did it! Everyone in the house keeps asking me ‘why are you so happy?’

I just keep thinking this couldn’t be the same person that was dying after a min of slow jog on the 10th Sept! 😱

This is just great 😁🤩

Now I’m actually thinking after I finish this, I can start taking some 🏊🏿‍♂️ lessons

Well done 👍🏻 I’m so happy for you. It’s amazing what we think we can’t do and how good we feel when we know we can do it. I can - I will!!!!

Well done, you definitely are a runner, and a positive one at that! The feeling a good run gives is second to none, and you clearly found that after your 25 minuter. 😀

Good luck on W7. With an attitude like that, you’ll smash it out the park! 👏👏

Great job. Good plan with the swimming, if you can do this you can also do that. Enjoy week 7, you got this now.

Thank you so much guys! The support on this forum is very encouraging.

Yeah. I’ve always wanted to learn to 🏊🏿‍♂️ but never actually thought I could.

We’re moving home in few weeks, closer to leisure centre that does lessons so I’ll sign up in mid Nov

Great that you gave it a go even though you thought you might not make it and week 6 smashed! 💪🏃‍♀️
