This was tough, but felt better once past the half way mark - I think that’s how I deal with the mental side of things, get to half way and its all ‘downhill’ from there. Laura suggested upping the pace for the last minute if feeling ok, and tried, but boy did my legs know about it afterwards.
She also says that you’re officially a RUNNER at the end 👍😁
Have a good day folks!

Woohoo, you're a runner, you're a runner, you're a runner! 🏃♀️ Congratulations! 👍😊 And I am so with you regarding the 'downhill feeling' after the half way mark. The same goes for the whole C25k plan. Having completed W5 I feel I'm on the downhill part there too. And you already did two thirds of the plan, isn't that amazing?! 😊
Well done Wenderwoo! 🤩 That run was a bit of a challenge for me too, but it just got more and more exciting each run after that. Not long now Wenderwoo!! Brilliant! 😁👌🏽❤️
Hey fellow runner that’s great news, we couldn’t up the speed at all until after we graduated. It feels a long time running but it’s an amazing thing to do and time goes quicker the more often you run at that time. Remember the first 90 second run? that felt forever after getting used to 60 seconds
Congratulations on officially becoming a runner 😁 The hardest part for me is the warm up walk but as soon as I start running the big grin kicks in and I’m off!
