There are as many reasons to complete C25K as people on this forum. Mine was realising my fitness was preventing me from fully enjoying my time with family and friends. Now (with only one injury ) I completed week nine this morning and although it feels good my enduring memory is of the smile I couldn’t suppress when Michael called me a “runner “ after week 6. The journey was more important than the result for me and I’m sure if I’d just repeated W1R1 over and over I would still be in a better place physically and mentally. So enjoy your own journey. Every session is worthwhile.
