Cant believe I've actually completed the course. I did park run 2 years ago without any training and on 3rd run hurt my knee so was out of action so decided to do it properly this time. Went down to park run last Saturday to see how much
of the course I could run in 30 mins. Only about 2/3rd so need to speed up or run for longer. Quite chuffed that I've got this far at 72
