I've finally completed C25K after having a niggle with one knee and giving myself a couple of weeks off I have today finished my last run of week 9 with my first park run ! The run went really well and both knees felt great. 😊 Was really weird running with so many people ! 260 took part ! Managed to stick to my own pace and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend it to anyone nearing the end of C25K !
