I had to smile when I heard Michael suggest a different route. I’m in Sedona, Arizona on a course for work. I’m now fully committed to this program and keen to do the first run of week 7. I only arrived the night before, so feeling jet lagged. I just decided to get out and try. I am so happy I did. The views were stunning on my run, I felt so good that I kept going after the 25 minutes were up (I was on a downhill slope at the time!). I never imagined I could be a runner, this program is amazing.

Looks like a nice place to run and finishing on a downhill slope is a real bonus
Wow! What a fab place to run, and yes this programme is great! I was away in Chicago for w8 run, so ran on the hotel gym treadmill. There’s some lovely parks there, but I didn’t want to risk getting lost 😆
