Wow I can’t believe I’ve just managed to run for 3 mins ...twice!!! This couch to 5 k is brilliant and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve always disliked running but needed to do something to get moving. Each day it gets easier as the app pushes you. And listening to sarah Millican is great!

I’ve just done my first run on week 3 yesterday and was chuffed to bits I did 2 of the runs but I did struggle with the 3rd so I power walked the rest. I couldn’t have done that 4 weeks ago. I love it and if it takes me 12 months I don’t care. ☺️
