Completed! ☺️On Friday I pulled up as my calves were so tight but today I did it. Calves still tight but I could move. I feel very proud. No problem with breathing/ energy. Lovely round a lake in the sunshine but cold.

Do you do stretches after your run, I can really recommend doing some calf stretching exercises after the cool down walk, and even a few full body stretches. you can do them anywhere and it only takes a minute or two. (I'm sure if you google post running stretches or similar you'll find a few, easier than me trying to explain them - runnersworld site is always a good place to look).
