Not easy by any stretch but completed and felt worse in earlier weeks. Nice to be running more than walking, nice sense of achievement 😁

Well done. Your body is getting stronger now so can cope with the additional running. That is after-all what we all signed up for! Brilliant progress.

You will it really does work just keep plodding on and follow program. My best advice for what it's worth is slow down.
