Hi everyone...

I graduated a few months ago and continued to run 2 to 3 times every week since.... a mix between outside and treadmill for 30-40 mins covering 5k.

I haven't ran for 2 weeks due to knee and Achilles heel problems... feeling much better and ready get back on track now.

How will I find it? Will I be ok continuing at 30 minute runs? Or do i need go back to the program?

Anyone else had a couple if weeks out??

Thanks Sarah

You should be fine to pick up where you left off

You may even have benefitted from the rest 👍

You’ll be fine. I had two weeks injured during C25K and came back so much stronger and refreshed.

I had two weeks off due to injury sustained during my graduation run. Went out yesterday and managed a 4K in just over 30 mins. Took it really, really easy. Feel ok today.
