Today’s run was 20mins. So chuffed I did it! The second week I was getting shin splints but took a couple of days off, taped my shin for the next run and I’ve been fine since.

Well done to you Debatron for running 🏃W5R3, That is a milestone run🏃 with C25K as there are no walking🚶 breaks on it. 😊🚶Onwards and upwards to week 6 run🏃 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the walks. 🚶😊

Great job... 20 minutes is huge, just over half way through the plan... two thirds of the way to 30 minutes... enjoy the next run
