I agree! I have just done run 2 and while it went really well I know 9 weeks is going to be tough to stick to. I’m just planning on taking it one run at a time. Good luck with week 2!

Good job. Your fitness level will rise faster than you imagine... it’s not far to go at all, and if you can do week one then you can do the whole thing.
