I completed the run yesterday and it did surprise me that I kinda of miss the continuous run. I think the stopping and the starting is harder than running continuously. Also, with the longer run, it was much easier to keep my pace constant! But, I trust the program and it’s reasons 😂 It has gotten me this far after all. Following the advice of all you lovely runners who have been here before, I kept the eagerness and cockiness at bay. I just went slow and steady which got me to end without any major troubles!
