Malcymeter! I miss you!

After 50 days of coming home after my run/walk and a) downloading my Garmin and b) registering on the 5x50 website and automatically onto the malcymeter, how odd this morning not to be able to do that any more. Boo hoo. Just Garmin. shower. Breakfast.

Me too! Because of habit, I went to log my morning commute as soon as I got into the office, and then remembered i didn't need to! :(

I'm tied up all week assessing student courseworks. Once that's done, I can push on with the runfun.co.uk successor to MalcyMeter which will let everyone track their activities in the longer term. Watch that space ...

I feel bit at a loss now, casting about for something new to motivate me.

I seem to have a remarkably sore back today as well. I think the final weekend is has thoroughly caught up with me.

Ive still walked about 4.5K today and will be joing my wife on Week 5 Run 2 tonight.
