Today in the wet and breezy weather I went for my 38 consolidation run with the lovely Laura. The first one for 20 days and the first exercise for 8 days after the issues with the thighs. Now waiting to see if there is any after effects with the thighs as I have my last agility competition this weekend. The run was slower as expected however we did a 5k just about 5 minutes slower than I was achieving. I will wait and see how the pains go. Good luck all.

😱You specialise in painful conditions! Gallstone pain is one of the worst pains ever!!! You need some gentle happy runs to make up for all that! 🌹

Hopefully it will be ok. The gallstones was a few years back before ever running and until last week the worst pain I had ever had.
